It's a double milestone for both Mike Tan and his daughter Victoria as the Kapuso actor captured on video her little girl calling him 'Dada.'
The first-time dad was definitely on cloud nine when he succeeded to record Baby Victoria calling him 'Dada,' one of her first few words.
